What's not clear from the pictures is that this isn't a firm casing, the whole thing is some kind of silicone. That says, after one use it works as designed. It's a little short and your member will easily come out the top. But it still feels good. I also bought the vibration option which is simple a bullet vibrator that I put into one of the other holes. $29 might be a bit much for what this is, but it's never going to break like these other pieces of junk my wife and I have tried.
