Better to use while standing. Im debating on getting one of these every 3 months or spending more on a quality made pump. Buy one if curious, wont work if youre a casual user or sensitive/premature ejac, takes lots of pressure to withstand. I literally used mine until it popped. You may not gain inches, but im sure you will at least gain extra hardness and have better erections by 3 months. Buy for fun, dont expect result unless your motivated. Exercise doesnt work for everyone but if worked for me

Product is great. that suction is more than common penis could handle and there for is my one star lose, that the vacuum is not able to set up... there are some levels but they are not about the level of suction pressure. ‍♂️
